Over time, having to observe, empathize, and listen, I've come to discover that my best work for my clients has been being able to create structure, find a common thread, or a way to tie things together or simply to make everything make sense; whether that be within defineable channels such as marketing, systems or ops or something intangible that we knew was missing but couldn't quite name. The results are strategic work that I'm unable to package into a tidy visual to point to. Some examples have been reframing a client relationship, a content architecture that gives a brand a direction in which to grow, an audit or an analysis that provides a roadmap or a conversation based on observations to plant the seed that sparks change.

I've documented some of these engagements where the deliverable was thinking inside agencies, embedded in accounts, utlizing a combination of brand strategy and creative direction to solve problems and to realize the reason behind a brand's why.
